Christ the Servant Lutheran Church is a diverse, growing church where all people find an inviting, welcoming, safe place to explore and grow in spirituality, faith and discipleship. We are a church where engaging in ministry is meaningful, fulfilling, enriching, adventurous, and exhilarating!

To that end ~ the Women’s Ministry is dedicated to encouraging all women & young ladies of  Christ the Servant Church to participate in our gatherings where the focus is Faith, Fellowship, Learning,  Helping Others Help Others & Fun.

We enthusiastically participate in the WELCA Organization as members of the Grand Canyon Synod ~ Colorado River Conference.

We gather monthly to hear about the different Women of the Bible, who are often under represented in conventional Bible Studies. We discuss our favorite stories of the Bible. We organize & work on service projects.

We gratefully participate in service projects where our talents can be best served. We provide Christmas gifts/stockings to the Children of our Liberian Church partner. As a church the Women provide handmade blankets through the Servant Stitcher’s program; provide Memorial Ministry to those suffering loss of loved ones; provide Meals to those in need due to illness or restriction of movements; Read to the Preschool children monthly.

We organize an annual Day Retreat (October each year) to spend a day of reflection, recreation, relaxing and relationship nurturing with the other women.

When possible we attend other Grand Canyon Synod ~ Colorado River Conference events which encourages more interaction with others of the WELCA organization.

Most of all,  we prayerfully care about all others. We are here to provide support, inclusion, encouragement, joy, faith and fun to everyone who attends.
